Description 

The SNOWSPORT™ Down Pressure Kit is an optional snowplow accessory designed to be used in conjunction with the SNOWSPORT™ Electric Plow Winch and is a great addition to your SNOWSPORT® HD Snow Plow or LT Utility Plow. This optional snow blade accessory kit contains a synthetic cable, two down pressure straps and two carabiners designed to apply extra downward pressure to the plow assembly. This snow plow accessory is engineered to help you remove drifted and compacted snow on multiple surfaces. Enhance your snow removal process with a SNOWSPORT™ Down Pressure Kit!

Note: Excessive down pressure may increase wear on rubber cutting edge and may cause damage to surfaces.

It works pretty well on my gravel driveway when pushing heavy, wet snow, but when it comes to the end of the run and must push into the pile it failed in its 2nd year of use. One of the end loops popped the stitching. So the strap and its stitching are not heavy duty enough for the heavy wet snow storms here in New Hampshire.
