PRICES:

All prices listed in our website, advertisement and/or catalog do not include shipping and handling. All prices are mail order prices. All prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS:

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from the supplier or manufacturer, BuySnowSportPlows.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price. BuySnowSportPlows.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, BuySnowSportPlows.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

PAYMENT:

BuySnowSportPlows.com accepts all major credit cards, and PayPal. Credit card fraud will not be tolerated. All orders paid by credit card must be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or verified alternate shipping address. Orders will NOT be shipped if the address provided does not match the records of the credit cardholder's bank. Please DO NOT send cash, as we are not responsible for any loss that may occur with the US Postal Service.

SHIPPING:

Orders usually ship within 24 hours. If there is a delay in shipping, the customer will be notified by email with an approximate shipping date.

REJECTION OF GOODS:

Once the order is delivered to the purchaser, he shall inspect all packages. Notice in writing or by calling our Customer Service Representative at 1-800-689-6612 is required within five (5) days after receipt of goods of any defect or omissions. Failure to give notice within five (5) days after receipt shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods.

CLAIMS:

Defective goods, shortages, delays, or failures in shipment or delivery, or for any other cause, shall be deemed waived and released by Buyer, unless made in writing or by calling our Customer Service Representative at 1-800-689-6612 within five (5) days after the arrival of the goods.

RETURNS:

A Return Material Authorization (RMA) is required before any item(s) are returned to us. If you have decided to return an item to us for any reason, you must have an RMA number. To obtain an RMA number have your order number handy and contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-689-6612 or email us at sales@BuySnowSportPlows.com. If you call after hours and leave a message clearly state your name, order number, reason for the return as well as your return telephone number. A Customer Service Representative will contact you within 48 hours. Shipments returned without prior authorization, without a valid RMA number clearly posted on the outside of the box will incur a 20% restocking fee. Items returned in not new condition or orders placed for incorrect models will incur a 20% restocking fee. BuySnowSportPlows.com is not responsible for items returned without traceable markings (customer's name, address and RMA number) on the box.

REFUNDS:

Once all returned items have been received, with the correct RMA written on the box, the contents will be inspected upon arrival at the warehouse. After we accept the return, the credit card originally used to place the order will be credited for the purchase price of the item and any applicable sales tax, excluding all shipping costs. If a product is not in new condition (including original packaging and paperwork) or does not meet the return conditions, we may be unable to issue you a credit or exchange for a replacement and the item may be shipped back to you.

EXCHANGES/REPLACEMENTS:

Because of the custom nature of our products we do not process exchanges in the traditional manner. A returned product is not directly exchanged for another product. We will credit your card for the initial order (the returned item less any applicable fees, including restock and return freight if applicable), and we will charge your card for the replacement item (new order).

WARRANTY:

All products sold by BuySnowSportPlows.com are only subject to the manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturer warranty will not be honored if the customer's mishandling, abuse or faulty installation causes the defect.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE:

BuySnowSportPlows.com reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who does not abide by the terms and conditions listed above.
